Below are spoilers for this specific request. Scroll down only if you want the answers.

Request Guide

Your task is to add a Bidoof to your party and locate the 3 hiding Bidoofs in Jubilife Village. Make sure to have a Bidoof in your party or else they will run away from you.

Bidoof Locations

Below you’ll see the locations for each Bidoof in Bothersome Bidoof. All three Bidoofs are inside Jubilife Village but not in any buildings.

If a Bidoof runs away

If one of the Bidoofs run away, this is because you don’t have a Bidoof in your party. Add a Bidoof to your party from the pasture. Then you’ll need to load back into Jubilife Village. The easiest way to do this is to enter a nearby building such as your lodgings and exit again. Once you’ve done that, the remaining Bidoof will spawn back in the same spots.

Will There Be More Pokemon Legends Games?

Pokemon Legends Arceus has only been out for about a week and people are already speculating what’s next. Fans were presently surprised by the new features and game mechanics Legends Arceus brings to the table and people want more! There’s talk about Legends Arceus DLC and if there will be future games similar to this one. Let’s talk about when a new Pokemon Legends game will come out and what it would look like.

Why There Will Be Other Pokemon Legends Games

Its safe to say Legends Arceus has changed Pokemon forever. From the new catching system to immersive controls, players obviously want more. GameFreak can go back to the old style of gameplay and still make amazing games as they have in the past. But ignoring the reach this title has would be a big oversight. The gameplay in Pokemon Legends Arceus is fast paced and focused on story and exploration while the previous games were more focused on grinding and slower paced gym trainer battles. This isn’t a bad thing, there have been plenty of great Pokemon games with that formula but the new gameplay we see in Legends Arceus is so refreshing and is setting a new bar for future Pokemon games.

Another hint there there will be more games like this is in the name, itself. Why wouldn’t they just call it Pokemon Legends or Pokemon Legends of Arceus? The way the name and logo alone, Pokemon Legends: Arceus, is laid out it seems like they planned for more games in the same format. You could keep the name Pokemon Legends and plug in a different Pokemon in place of Arceus and the same goes for how the logo is designed.

The Next Pokemon Legends Game

That being said, what will the next Pokemon Legends game be about? Since Legends Arceus is based in the Sinnoh region from Diamond and Pearl, it’s not far out of the realm of possibility that they continue from that point. The game that came after Diamond and Pearl was Pokemon Black and White so it may be Pokemon Legends: Kyurem. There was also a remake of Gold and Silver before that so it could be Pokemon Legends: Celebi. Many fans are nominating the next game to be Pokemon Legends: Zygarde, which is a popular legendary from Pokemon X and Y. Though, this game is relatively recent compared to other ideas so we might have to wait a while for that one. Regardless, I would be surprised if they didn’t make more Pokemon Legends games. It’s a huge opportunity for GameFreak and the Pokemon franchise in general.

When Will The Next Pokemon Legends Come Out?

Pokemon Legends Arceus came out more than 2 years after Pokemon Sword and Shield. With this in mind we can expect another Pokemon game like this to come out in 2 years at the soonest. The key is to not rush the developers, though. If we want a better game than Legends Arceus, we need to allow developers time to make the game. For now most developers are still likely working on updates and possible DLC for Legends Arceus. It may be a while before we see the next game so we should enjoy this one while it lasts. What do you think the next game will be about?

What Popular Streamers Think About Pokemon Legends Arceus

Pokemon Legends Arceus has been out for about a week, giving plenty of time for people to play the game and form opinions on it. Usually the first people to hop on big new games such as this are live streamers and YouTubers in the gaming genre. It seems many streamers have enjoyed the game lately and of course have their own criticism of it. We didn’t include PokeTubers in this list because most of them seem to love the game too much to say anything bad! Even Professional game critics have rated the game highly compared to previous titles. Some of the biggest streamers on Twitch have played the game too, here are their opinions.

xQc’s Review

Naturally, xQc was impatient at the start of the game. The tutorial and prologue is a little extensive so it’s not surprising some people want to get through it faster. Felix mentions the sound design has no layering and is very simple and he did not want to participate in side quests. He later warms up to the game and finds himself battling many alpha Pokemon and catching wild Pokemon. This proves Legends Arceus throws you so many distractions in between main missions that it’s impossible to do missions without finding yourself getting lost in catching Pokemon or exploring Hisui. Overall he plays the game for quite a while and enjoyed the new experience and game mechanics.

MoistCr1tikal’s Review

MoistCritikal, on the other hand, takes his time exploring all the new game mechanics and catching different Pokemon, like many people do when they first play the game. He says that he prefers the old games but recently found them becoming stale with the same old copy and paste format. He explains there are plenty of problems in this new one but you can’t call Legends Arceus a money grab because they tried so many new things. He also states the Pokedex research is too grindy, the environments are too empty, and other valid critiques he goes into on his channel. Overall, he mentions, it isn’t perfect but it’s fun and if they keep going in this direction they’ll eventually make a game that’s really good.

Hisuian Pokemon Cards Revealed! New Battle Legion TCG Set s9a

New Hisuian Pokemon Cards

There have been multiple Hisuian Pokemon cards revealed in the upcoming set in the TCG. These feature Kleavor, Wyrdeer, and multiple Wardens from Pokemon Legends Arceus. The set number on these cards are s9a. This means these Hisuian cards will be in the next Pokemon TCG set, Battle Legion, which some sources also call this set Battle Region. This new set features a range of cards from the Sinnoh and Hisui regions and introduces a new type of card called Sparkling Pokemon, similar to Shiny Pokemon.

Will There be More Hisuian Pokemon Cards?

The short answer is yes. We will definitely see Hisuian Pokemon be featured in future Pokemon cards and TCG expansion sets because Pokemon Legends Arceus is considered a main line game and introduces many new Pokemon. The real question is when. We already know the Pokemon Company is releasing an Arceus themed set this month called Star Birth and have now revealed a few Hisuian cards.

When Are Hisuian Cards and Legends Arceus Sets Coming?

There are a lot of hints pointing towards the end of Sword and Shield expansions in the TCG. This means the Pokemon Company might be moving to the next generation of Pokemon cards, which we all know is Pokemon Legends Arceus. If this happens we won’t just see one pack of Legends Arceus cards, we’ll see multiple sets. When this switch happens will most likely be when we’ll see more Hisui related Pokemon cards.

Pokemon Go is Getting Pokemon Cards in a TCG Expansion Set

Today an official post came from the Pokemon Go Live website announcing that Pokemon Go is getting its own TCG expansion set in June of this year, 2022! This means we’ll finally see Pokemon Go cards. Most Pokemon Go players thought this would happen years ago when the game came out so fans have been wanting this for quite some time. There were Pokemon Go related cards such as an exclusive Professor Willow but not much more than that until now. Now we’ll finally see Pokemon Go themed cards in the TCG.

Pokemon Go Booster Pack Information

English booster packs will have 10 trading cards while Japanese packs will contain 6 cards. We’ve found that Japanese packs with lower card counts sometimes have higher pull rates for rare cards so it may be the same in this case. The art on the packs have been released and features Mewtwo, Larvitar, Pikachu, Gyrados, Blissey, Aipom, Conkeldurr, and Professor Willow. It’s likely all of these Pokemon and characters will have their own cards in the set.

Sometimes it feels like the Pokemon TCG and Pokemon gaming communities are separate but this expansion set will bring both communities together. This also means there will be more demand for this set because people that don’t normally collect Pokemon cards and just play Pokemon Go will now be looking to buy packs. We expect these booster packs to be highly sought after and might be hard to come by when the set releases but we’ll have to wait and see.

Early Pokemon Legends Arceus Glitches Have Been Discovered

Legends Arceus Glitches

Pokemon Legends Arceus has only been out for a short amount of time but there are a few bugs in the game that players have discovered. Thankfully none are game breaking and there aren’t that many but it’s always interesting to see glitches in big games such as this one. We don’t encourage anyone to recreate glitches or abuse bugs to their advantage. Not only does it ruin the fun but we don’t know if developers will have penalties for players using these glitches in the future.

Super Speed Glitch

This is just a fun little glitch, also known as the moon walking glitch, that many players have been running into on their journey around Hisui. It doesn’t seem game breaking or very advantageous but it is interesting. If your trainer takes damage and gets knocked back on a slanted surface, such as a cliff, you’ll suddenly gain super speed. Your running speed will be noticeably increased but your walking speed will stay the same. If you mount or take damage again it seems the glitch will come to an end and you will return to the normal running speed. The community has joked that this will become a huge part of speed running in Legends Arceus but odds are that this glitch will be fixed in a future patch.

Duplication Glitch

This glitch is very advantageous and is not recommended. There is a duplication glitch in the game, meaning you can dupe items. We won’t be explaining this in detail because we don’t encourage players to use these bugs to their advantage. Put simply, utilizing the Lost and Found system can create multiple satchels in some instances. When other people find these satchels, the player that dropped them will receive those duplicate items. This bug will also likely get patched in a future update so players don’t abuse this.

Flying Gyrados

In the Obsidian Fieldlands, early in the game, you’ll encounter a flying Gyrados. When the game first came out many players thought this was a glitch because we don’t normally see Gyrados flying so high in previous games. This one is most likely an intentional design choice but has bewildered players for a while and had to be put on the list because many thought it was a bug. Gyrados is actually a flying/water type, which has been confused people for years. Now we can see clearly why Gyrados is a flying type Pokemon.

Space Time Distortions Explained & Strategy in Pokemon Legends Arceus

What Are Space Time Distortions in Pokemon Legends Arceus?

Pokemon Legends Arceus is finally out and we’re quickly discovering many new features in the game that were not shown in trailers. One of those new features are space-time distortions. These are dark bubbles that spawn randomly across the Hisui region. Inside these bubbles you’ll find rare items and rare Pokemon but you always want to be very cautious. Pokemon inside these dark distortion bubbles are usually stronger than your average Pokemon. Not only will they attack you with more force but you may be attack by many Pokemon at once upon entering. This is the risk you have to take to get closer to more rare Pokemon.

Forming Distortions

Space-time distortions seem to start spawning in Legends Arceus after you reach Rank 2. They spawn more often when you’re more active catching Pokemon or collecting resources. When a distortion first spawns, you’ll get a notification on your screen saying a space time distortion is forming and it will be marked on your map. From here you’ll have about 5 minutes to get to the distortion before its active. You’ll notice during this time it will appear as a transparent bubble like shape. Once it’s fully formed, it will turn dark purple and stronger, rare Pokemon will start spawning.

Strategy for Catching Rare Pokemon

Though, you have to be careful inside these distortions, there are safe ways to utilize these areas. Hide in tall grass and catch Pokémon inside the space-time distortion as they spawn. If you’re spotted, run away until you’re in the clear and then sneak back in the grass. Here you’ll be able to constantly catch common and rare Pokemon that spawn with in the distortion without having to battle or dodge attacks.

What Are Shards Used For?

Another thing you’ll often see in these dark bubbles are red, blue, and green shards lying on the ground. These can be useful later in the game to craft star pieces. Star pieces are expensive valuable items that can be sold to shops and Ginko guide members for a high price.

Hisuian Pokemon Are Being Added to Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go officially announced they’re adding Hisuian Voltorb. In this article they hinted at some sort of time travel at play. This means they’ll likely be adding more Hisuian Pokemon in the coming weeks and months. Just last month we saw the Season of Heritage update where they hinted that more Legends Arceus themed content coming. With the release of the new Pokemon Legends Arceus game on Switch, it makes sense for them to add the new Pokémon in this game as well.

Hisuian Voltorb in Pokemon Go

As of today, January 30th, you’re able to catch Hisuian Voltorb. There are many spawning in the wild so you shouldn’t have a hard time finding one for now. Spawn rates may change as more Pokemon are released. It seems you can’t yet evolve it into a Hisuian Electrode but that will probably be added soon as well. Just until January 31th, you’ll also find Shadow Voltorbs in all Team Go Rocket grunts’ parties! It also seems normal Shiny Voltorbs are spawning at a higher rate for now so you might get lucky and find a Shiny!

We’re looking forward to seeing and catching more Hisuian regional forms in Pokemon Go and maybe even brand new Pokemon such as Kleavor, Basculegion, and Wyrdeer! For now, we’ll just have to wait and see what all they’ll add into the game.

What Are Merit Points & Lost and Found in Pokemon Legends Arceus?

What is Lost and Found?

Multiple new features have been added to Pokemon Legends Arceus compared to previous Pokemon games. One of those features is the fact that your trainer can take damage directly. This means you’re also able to faint. That’s where the lost and found system comes in. This is a new online feature that connects you with other players around the world in a way like never before. This means to access this feature you’ll need to make sure you’re connected to the internet via settings and you may need a Nintendo Switch Online membership. Since this is such a new feature not a lot of player know what happens when your trainer faints. When your trainer faints, you lose items and drop a satchel. If another player picks up your satchel, you get your items back and they’ll receive Merit Points as a reward.

How To Claim MP

Once you’ve found a lost satchel, to claim your rewards go to the Communications menu by pressing the up button and using ZR or ZL to navigate to it. Once you’re there, select Lost and Found and select the satchel you found to claim your Merit Points.

What are Merit Points Used For?

Merit Points or MP can be earned by picking up satchels across Hisui. Once you’ve done this go back to Jubilife Village and talk to Simona. Here you’ll be able to trade with other players and use Merit Points to buy Rare Candy and certain Evolution stones.

Can You Find Your Own Satchel?

It’s not possible to find or retrieve your own satchel. Once you’ve fainted and dropped items, those items are gone until someone else picks them up for you. This is why it’s important to pick up other satchels you see around the world because you would want the same done for yourself. Not only is it a great way to help other players out, you’ll be rewarded for your kindness.

Where are Lost Satchels?

You can find lost satchels all over the Hisui region. When you’re in a certain area, such as the Obsidian Fieldlands look at the map and you may see an icon that resembles a bag. Once you hover over this it will tell you who’s satchel it is. You can find this in the world and pick it up for rewards.

Shiny Fails in Pokemon Legends Arceus That Will Make You Feel Better About Shiny Hunting

Pokemon Legends Arceus released this week and everyone is exploring new and reworked old features. Among those features is finding and catching shiny Pokemon, which has changed quite a bit compared to previous games. Catching your first shiny Pokemon is an exciting moment but many people are losing their first shinys and many more due to it being more difficult than past games. There are already tons of shiny fails being shared from Twtich streams and YouTube videos. A shiny fail is exactly what it sounds like. It’s when you try to catch a shiny Pokemon and fail to catch it. This could be caused by the Pokemon running away, your trainer fainting, or other unfortunate situations. Here are some of the funniest shiny fails we’ve seen this week.

Shiny Floatzel Fail by @PhillyBeatzU

This shiny fail doesn’t just redeem my self esteem, it’s one of the funniest Legends Arceus clips I’ve seen so far. This streamer’s trainer is already close to fainting right as they come across a shiny Floatzel. As they throw a Pokeball at the shiny Pokemon another Pokemon attacks him, making them faint and lose the shiny.

Shiny Kricketot Fail by @Patterrz

This shiny fail is just painful because it wasn’t a lack of skill. This streamer only got one shot at this shiny Kricketot before it runs away. This shows that depending on the auto focus aiming feature is not helpful when hunting shinys as sometime’s you’ll aim at the wrong Pokemon as the shiny runs away.

Shiny Happiny Fail by @REVERSALx7

In this clip, the amount of times they miss Pokeball throws makes me feel better about my own aim in the game when catching Pokemon. The reaction to losing this shiny is hilarious.

Shiny Geodude Fail by @GalacticElliot

This streamer found a shiny Geodude but didn’t even get the chance to attempt to catch it. While you’re doing the balloon popping race mini game on Wyrdeer, you can’t throw Pokeballs and you’re stuck on your mount. If you encounter a shiny during this event, you’re extremely unlucky because you won’t be able to catch it. All you’re able to do is sit and watch your dreams fade away as the mini game timer counts down. Once the mini game ends, you’ll spawn back at the beginning, away from the Pokemon. That’s exactly what happened to this streamer.
