Terastal Festival is a new special set in the Scarlet and Violet Pokemon TCG expansion. This special set revolves around Terastal Pokemon and specifically the Terastal versions of all Eeveelutions. The previous Eevee evolutions sets were extremely hyped like Eevee Heroes and this set followed that trend. Terastal Fest has some very popular cards. But how good are the pull rates?
What’s in Terastal Fest ex?
The most valuable card in Terastal Fest is Umbreon ex 217/187. Umbreon seems to be a fan favorite of all of the Eeveelutions but there are plenty to choose from. This has been one of the most expensive cards from any recent Japanese set period. The price aside, the art is so cool and I would love to have this in my collection.
Terastal Fest ex Pull Rates
In Japanese booster boxes, there are guaranteed pull rates. In the Shiny Treasure ex set, you’re guaranteed to pull at least the following from a single booster box.
